You are 100% right on the 2nd offer scams. They are less now that eBay hides
our names. I did talk to the sell to make sure the offer was from him. When
it came so fast it made me think scam.

I have also received second chance offers for parties that were not 
associated with the auction.  I turned them in to eBay and got a "thank you"

message from eBay.
Everybody is looking for a different angle on seperating me from my limited 
supply of coin,
