Erik...

That would be a great question for Nathan Stewart at Compu-tronix. All contact info is at the bottom of the first email.
Isn't Walnut Calif. in SoCal?
Maybe someone in the area could go by and get the full poop about the System! You know ask all the right question alot of US (me for one) might not know to ask!

Let us know what you find out.
Curt

I've been doing research all weekend on DIS. The major limitation of the
DIS8 is that it does not allow you to change the advance curve. Can anyone
confirm if this is NOT correct?

Anybody been looking at the Comu-tronix Distributorless Ignition.
I just got this email back from them.
Looks like they are working on a new System for the 351C. So if you were
thinking about getting one maybe wait till the new System comes out?

Just a thought
Curt

Do you have plans for a Ignition System for a Ford 351
Cleveland Engine. I'm looking for something new for my Pantera.

Curt,

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately we've been having some problems
getting our website updated with our current product offerings. We actually do
have a DIS8 system for the Ford 385 series motors (351C/351M/400/429/460)
available; it just isn't listed on our website. We only did a short run of
these systems using our current electronic control module but we're working
on a new system that will be available shortly. We're expecting to have
these new units available within the next 60 days.

Are you using a roller cam on your Cleveland that requires a bronze distributor
gear?
