[DeTomaso] Seat Buzzer Maybe???

That's right.   Used to be that if the key was in the ignition and the engine 
running without the seat belt connected, you got the buzzer.

Smart money is to just disconnect the wire leading to the buzzer itself; it's 
mounted on the relay panel along with the turn signal flasher, horn relay 
etc.
