[DeTomaso] Speedo question

I think that if the problem was the cable, the needle would jump all over, not just show a low speed.  If the gears at the ZF are stripped, I guess that could slow low, but I think they would totally fail very soon.  My guess is that the problem is in the speedometer.

I'd guess a problem in the cable, check the fitting at the ZF, the 
routing and the connection at the speedo.

After that... .I think you'll have to pull the speedo.
