That's the Sala/Marvetti Pantera that raced (without success) at Le Mans in 
1979.   The same car was back in 1980 wearing #54, also without success.   It 
was later totally gutted and turned into the Group C race car that was even 
less successful.   Abandoned for years, it was then bought by the Adlers and 
restored at PI Motorsports, and has been for sale for awhile....
