[DeTomaso] header/heads question

I need some advice:  I'm having a 408 stroker built using a standard Cleveland block, and I want to use the new Trick Flow heads.
 
The heads' ports are raised 100,000th of an inch, and I have the mind train headers.
 
The engine builder said I should make sure if the headers are raised that amount (approximately 1/8"), will there be clearance problems, or will I be OK to go with the slightly raised Trick Flow heads.
