[DeTomaso] original air cleaner

The aircleaner was apparently the same medium-blue closed element unit found 
on all V-8 4bbl-carbed Fords from about 1967 to maybe 1987- passenger cars, 
vans, pickup trucks and grandma's station wagon. The only variation was the 
direction the snorkel pointed- towards #1 cylinder in some Panteras, towards #8 
cylinder in others (turned 180 degrees). The same choke stove hooked up to 
either exhaust header position. The air cleaner top was also stock but was nickel 
plated on Panteras. Never saw one with any air cleaner decal. On Panteras, the 
smog info from such decals was on the inner fender panel and no Pantera ever 
had any horsepower or displacement bragging-decals anywhere. Cheers- J Deryke
