Dear Goran,

OOPS! BRONZE gear----not brass. My mistake after too much
Christmas merriment.

                      Warmest regards, Chuck Engles

Dear Goran,

              You wrote:

"Take a look at the distributor gear of the Hemi. It is a bit larger than
that of the 351 C. My brons gear has been in there since 1996 and show no
sign of wear."

I am confused. I have been told that the brass distributor gears
do not live very long with street use. I once had my mechanic mistakenly
install a brass gear, which didn't last very long, failed and definitely
confirmed what I have read.

So, how does your brass distributor gear escape the fate of
351C brass gears? Is the Hemi distributor that much different? Is the
driving season in Scandinavia so short that you've actually driven it very
few kilometers since installation?

                          Warmest regards, Chuck Engles
