to 300 cars belonging to Jeffrey Mowen, who is facing charges in an alleged
Ponzi scheme, have been seized by the U.S. 
Marshals and will be
auctioned by Erkelens & Olson Auctioneers in Woodscross, Utah, on January 7
and January 21. Mowen reportedly cost hundreds of investors a total of
nearly $18m, and in November was accused of trying to kill four witnesses
