Its likely stuck to the rubber gasket. I replaced my glass 15 or so years 
ago with Lexan so I could BOLT mirrors to the surface, not trusting those 
magic glues. The plastic windows are also significantly lighter. The downside 
is, cheap Lexan sun-cracks every few years so I have to make another one and 
install it. I'm due again this Spring.... J Deryke
