Well Jack, I know this problem well! 

Your response gained a good laugh this morning - and to make matters worse,
most of us defer our projects until we are retired... then people ask us
what we are doing with all our "spare time". Sigh.

When I had the money to do stuff, I had no time what with a family and 
earning a living. Now that the kids are married & gone, I'm retired, I have
time 
but no money. I'm into the lightness project over 20 yrs and in the very 
late stages, so I recommend doing it ASAFP if you're gonna. good luck- J
