Holley Performance Products Inc. is preparing to auction off a portion of
its business with Actuant Corp. setting the floor for the bidding.

Judge Peter Walsh of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware
in Wilmington on Thursday approved the bidding procedures for twice-bankrupt
Holley's product line business, which sells parts directly to original
equipment manufacturers.
