If you import a Pantera full legal into Germany, 
it will cost you exactly 10% duty on the sales price 
plus costs for transport and 19% sales tax on to the total.

30.000 for the car plus 2000.- for transport
32.000 plus 10% = 35.200
35200 plus 19% = 41.888 is the final price.
And if you are a car dealer, you have to give a full year of warranty by law.
No exceptions from that.
Count for your self, how much it costs to cover a full year warranty on a Pantera
and then compare again.
