[DeTomaso] switch positions for Audiovox Cruise Control

Does anyone have the correct switch positions for the audiovox cruise control module?

Quite some time ago someone on the forum gave them to me and my unit worked fine.  I then added the L.E.D. light package and the cc stopped working.  I tried different switch positions, but it still didn't work, so I just left it alone until now, when I ordered a new cruise control.

Upon reading the instructions for the new cc, I found it said if a person uses L.E.D. tail lights, a relay must be used for the cruise control to work--the L.E.D.s don't ground the tail light circuit when the brake is off, which is required for the cc to work.

I don't know this for sure, but I'll be the same is true for my audiovox unit.  Before I pull it and install the new one, I want to try it with the relay.  That's why I need the correct switch positions, so I can be sure everything is set up right when I test it.
