While looking at crate engines I noticed that GM performance has twu
virtually identical engines with the only difference being the EFI. The LS
series of engines are know for having a well designed air flow and a
supierior efi system. This Particular engine is one that has been "tweked
"to squeez out horse power. The emgine is the LS376/480 ( which is the fuel
injected version and the
LS 376/515 which is the carburetor version that has an out put of 515 hp
35 HP more!
This link shows the engines . They are listed as the LS 376 480 (EFI) and
the LS 375/515 Carburetor version www.crateenginedepot.com/

Since there had been discussion about the HP differience between efi and
carburetor and which produced more horse power I thought some might find
this interesting.
