[DeTomaso] Pressure Cap

I've been working implement this very thing on my Pantera, though it
may move to a winter project.

One big question still lingers for me though.

Also attached to the new fill/expansion tank, is a bleed from the HOT
side. A small tap on the outlet tube attaches to the same tank. So
why doesn't -that- connection pressurize the tank to the same level
the hot side is already?

I realize it's supposed to be an air bleed, but pressure is pressure
isn't it? If that connection is on the highest pressure line of the
cooling system, why doesn't it affect the tank?

Terribly curious and no good at fluid dynamics much less thermal dynamics.
