[DeTomaso] STALLING / DICK RUZZIN

If you've not driven it in a while, or not very often, my bet is the 
idle circuits in the base plate are getting plugged with crap.  Happened 
on my boat a few years ago.  Tanked the base plate, re-assembled and it 
all went away.
