Just Google torque specifications for SAE bolts and then  torque 
specifications for metric bolts. You will get enough tables to keep  you amused all 
afternoon.

_http://dodgeram.org/tech/specs/bolts/M_bolts.html_ (http://dodgeram.org/tech/specs/bolts/M_bolts.html)
