You can replace the clutch and press plate as Jack suggested.

  Will, the last time I did a quick-clutch replacement in a Pantera, I unbolted the bellhousing and slid the ZF back enough to clear the clutch disc, then moved the ZF's front a bit sideways- enough to access the flywheel, without actually removing the ZF. If you can reach all the bellhousing bolts, this method should work. But I've not tried it on a 180-equipped Pantera. Let us know if it works- J Deryke
