I don't think you do this for a horsepower gain. Mostly, it seems to 
benefit fuel mileage and driveability. Which is part of why I haven't done it yet- 
at the current price of an EFI conversion, I may not have enough time left 
to see a net $$ gain from better fuel mileage! Good luck- J Deryke
