[DeTomaso] NPT, Toyota Dealer Rip Off

The wife likes having her Toyota serviced at the dealer.  Dealers says it needs a new water pump.  I look at the bill when we pick up the car, $31.50 for coolant.  I comment that it's a little high, and the service guys says, it's long life coolant and you mix it 50/50 with water.  
 
I've heard of rediculous markups before, but this is like a 500% markup.  All the greed is not on Wall Street.
