Rolf,
 
The Orange wire is the ballast bypass wire used when starting the  engine. 
If the Mallory doesn't use a ballast resistor, this wire should be taped  up 
and stowed.
 
The Blue/Black wire is the OEM Pantera tach wire. If you have  an non-OEM 
tach driven directly from the Mallory ignition box, this wire is  not needed.
 
The third item I have never seen, so I can't help you on that  one.
