[DeTomaso] You want EFI, why not ask the guy who knows?

OEM EFI will have gone the way of carburation in the near future.

Direct Injection is going to be the fuel delivery method for the
foreseeable future.

Highly tunable, great performance potential, clean burning. The
turbocharged 2.0L DI GM four-cylinder engine in easily making 260HP
and 260 lb-ft of power. Two liters. Four cylinders.

Just as the aftermarket eventually warmed up to EFI, it will adopt
DI. So any EFI system you install now will look old school in 5-10
years, just as those of us still running Holleys must totally perplex
the Ricers that come across our cars.

Hot Rod magazine has a basic intro article in the September issue
covering the basics.

So if you really want some technical bling on your car, be the first
to adapt/create/buy a DI system to your Pantera.

P.S. - But if fuel pressurized at about 2200 psi scares you away,
maybe it isn't for you. ;-)
