oddball setups, normally they came equipped from the factory with the same
calipers as used on the competion 289 Cobra, 427 Cobra, and early GT40s.

>>>Yes, assuming my assumption is correct, then in fact they are quite easy
to find. Those calipers were used on a bunch of different
high-performance cars in the 1960s including many/most Ferraris.

>>>Anything is possible. The Mangusta that was raced by Freddie Moss in
the UK, later owned by George Gordon Smith and now owned by Taz Zembashis was
converted to use AP Racing brakes that were lifted from a March Indycar!
However they were too large to allow the use of the stock 15-inch wheels and
the car was converted with custom 16-inch wheels (for which tire supplies
are now desperately short).

>>>Take a look at the photos on this page--assuming your calipers are the
same, your problems are over.

These calipers are still being made new, although they are rather
expensive. Hunt around, talk to local vintage race specialists, and I'm sure you'll
come up with something.

Let us know if my presumptions are correct?

Cheers!
