Suggestion: you're screwing gr-5 bolts into cast iron, holding an assembly 
that gets intermittent high torque & temperatures. The really dangerous part 
is, the section thickness of those magnesium Campy wheels in that area is 
less than 3/16". Scratches are automatically serious stress risers and should 
be cleaned up and TIG-welded, then re-heat treated. FWIW- J Deryke
