Paul, don't get discouraged. This is a test! And you might luck out. Unbolt 
all the bellhousing and ZF mount bolts, and try sliding the ZF back; it 
should move an inch or two without unbolting anything else. Then you might be 
able to get a big screwdrive or prybar in there and pop the disc into its 
true position. 
If not, you're already halfway to getting the ZF out of the way. FWIW, 
there are several owners that don't own an engine crane, that don't pull the ZF 
completely for clutch jobs. Instead, they unfasten the shifter and 
halfshafts, lift the AC condenser as an assemby up a bit, slide the ZF back and cock 
it sideways. There's actually enough room to change clutches that way and 
I've see it done in under 3 hours. Good luck- J Deryke
