Part of Paul's problem is that he is located in the middle of 
nowhere--Medford, Oregon.   No other Pantera owners nearby.

Paul--Kenny Mann can sort out this problem in his sleep.   (Kenny runs a 
speciality Mustang restoration shop in Medford and has also restored a 
Pantera).   

If you haven't brought him in on the case, you're wrong.   Just do it!
