[DeTomaso] rear vent window removal

The best way to do it is to run a strong string along the inside of the rubber seal, all the way around the window. Then, get the window started as much as possible, then from the inside (it's bit tricky to reach in the engine compartment to do this) gradually pull the string out. As you do this, the string pulls the edge of the rubber over the metal edge all the way around, as the string comes out.

I hope this makes sense, if it doesn't, feel free to call me on my cell at 253-722-7526. A couple of years ago I had to not only remove the vent window, but I also had to replace the back window. The string technique was shown to me, and it worked great.

Sincerely,

Chris
