In Kalifornia, it's *illegal* to pull over a speeding car in a police car 
that isn't clearly marked on the doors at least.   We have 'unmarked' cars, 
but they are typical Ford Crown Vics shorn of their roof lights, painted 
white, with 'ghost' CHP markings in light gray painted on the doors.

I wouldn't stop for a dually pickup, Prius or anything else showing red 
lights at me, even in Washington.   Instead I'd phone 911 and tell them that 
somebody impersonating a cop is attempting to get me to stop so he can mug me, 
give them my location, and ask for a real cop to come intercept!
