You should be able to just take an existing bushing in, and match it.   
Alternately, you might want to consider this very inexpensive and effective 
alternative:

They have the advantage of coming with the grease fitting already attached 
to the bracket.   These will bolt right up to a Pantera with little or no 
modifications.   And if you already have glitzy aluminum sway bar mounts, you 
could always drill and tap them for the grease fitting and then transfer the 
fitting over from the new ones.

I presume you have already updated your rear sway bar to the desirable 7/8" 
GTS size?   Stock was 7/8" front and only 3/4" rear.   But updating the 
rear bar to the larger GTS size is a very desirable upgrade.
