Well Kalifornia is considering 'smogging' motorcycles next. Something
like 2000 or newer and over 280 cc. If the bill passes testing would
start around 2012. Bikes are currently exempt now. How Kalifornia goes,
so goes the nation...  The proposal is by Sen. Fran Pavley, D-Agoura
Hills, SB435.
    Also a fee of 25 cents on each plastic bag you get from the local
grocery stores is pending.
