Definitely less than a $10K car in my opinion.  It definitely has  
spent time outside, maybe under a haystack.  Amazing it has so little  
rust.  I read Larry's list of things to do to make it more palatable  
but here's what I'd do instead...

Prices are estimates:

Two cans of Engine Brite $10
Pressure Wash, inside and out  $5
Two bottles of Armor-All  $10
Two Clay Bar treatments $30
One bottle of Carnuba Wax $5
One set of seat covers $80
One set of floor mats (Pantera) $180
New set of tires $600
New steering wheel $100
Two cans of Marvels Mystery Oil  $20
Two cans of ATE Super Blue (one for flush, one for use)  $20
40 gallons of Gas (20 to flush, 20 for use) $100

Total cost:  $1160
Wow, still seems like too much.

Then sell the sucker for closer to $20K.  Profit.... around $8K to $9K.

1, 2, 3   NOT IT.
