"Traffic Court" is a sham venue operating under unconstitutional
equity law jurisdiction where the accused have no rights other than
what is given to them by the corporate state.
It is more akin to military court than a constitutional jury trial. A
state issued driver's is the means by which we agree to waive our
rights in order to not be harassed by law
enforcement officers for operating a motor vehicle to exercise our
right to move around at will (liberty). The DMV "Certificate of
Title" is the means by which we surrender
ownership of our motor vehicle property to the state in order to be
free of the harassment of law enforcement officers and be allowed to
operate their property as our own.
Yes, you do not legally own your house, your boat, your car, your
motorcycle, your earnings etc. etc. Anything of any real value is
legally owned by the state and they can take it back
any time you do not pay them "registration fees", "property taxes",
"licensing fees", "income taxes" etc etc.
"Pay me to leave you alone," is what they say. Or, more deceptively
"Pay me for protection." This is what mobsters and street gangs do.
It is called extortion.
America is not a free country and it never really has been. The judge
(?) (don't clerks do this kind of thing?) who sent this check back is
a horrifying example of the weak-minded,
cold blooded arrogance that infects our social institutions which were
apparently created to benefit us all but over time have become more
parasitical than beneficial.
Not only must we pay the extortionists, we must be on our best
behavior when we do it and not express our discontent. Shocking!
