[DeTomaso] Radiator lay down kit hits hood, how to adjust it?

You'll need to pull the radiator. Once out, you'll notice the crossmember 
brackets for the lower bushings are very thin sheet steel and can easily be 
massaged with a small hammer. Both side-to-side and down-bends may be needed 
for some combinations of rads and Panteras. The OEM rubber bushings are also 
not really required- I've used hacksawed shock bushings, electrical 
grommets, 1/4" thick strips of rubber sheeting, etc. As long as metal to metal 
contact is avoided, the thickness is not too important. A full radiator (even 
aluminum) weighs enough that rattling won't be a problem but squeeking might 
be.... and if its an aluminum rad, wear could follow long-term metal to metal
