Ken,
I just checked with MSD and you are correct that the only difference between the 351W and 351C is the cam gear.  Regarding the dizzy on ebay it has a large rotor.

Looks like a good deal if anyone wants it.  It lets you hook up two sets of electronics you can switch between.  Might be nice for long road trips?
