Proper lay-down kits consist of bracket extensions at the top which tilt the
radiator forward, and bottom brackets which relocate the bottom of the
radiator up and to the rear. They bolt into the stock brackets, and have their own
holes for the feet of the radiator.

If you radiator is just tilted forward but using the stock bottom brackets,
that's the problem. You can buy the bottom brackets separately and that
will solve everything. If you've already got those brackets and are still
having problems up top, let us know.

On the other hand, if you're still using the stock bottom brackets, 2mm isn't
such a lot. The stock brackets are at the wrong angle anyway, relatively to
the bottom of the radiator--a situation easily rectified with a BFH. A few
good whangs should easily get you the 2mm you need. :>)
