In the third paragraph it would be better if:
 
This is not  actually required since you can leave the ball  joints 
attached to the a-arms and  separate the ball joint from the  a-arms.
 
Had said:

attached to the upright and separate the ball joint from  the a-arms.
 
OK ..... I'm getting old. I'm still going!
