[DeTomaso] Cooling Fan Whakyness

The radiator fans on The Winged Warrior have been getting goofier and goofier.
Instead of coming on at, what, 180 degrees or so, they either come on when the engine is cold or not at all.
I suppose the problems could be with either the sending units or the relays, which are both old. I'm guessing the relays, because the senders should be mostly mechanical, right?
Is there a good relay kit out there somewhere?
