[DeTomaso] NPC- No Tiger content -- Natural gas conversions

All the restaurants used to pay you to take their waste oil.  A friend used it alone for vehcles and heating.  Now they're
catching on.  Maybe an exclusive collection agreement wouldn't be a bad business idea. Hmmmm.
