Those aren't rubber stops sitting on top of conventional bolts.   Those are 
molded together at the time of manufacture.   I've never seen them anywhere 
except on the shelves of all the Pantera vendors, and they are cheap--so cheap 
that there's no point expending any energy to try to save a nickel elsewhere.
