Modern cars have MUCH longer A-arms that space the hub almost to the very 
outer edge of the car; their wheels then feature a ton of backspacing to put the 
tire back under the fender.

I would suspect you would need a 3-inch spacer or so to use those wheels.   
Much better to just buy proper-fitting wheels.

Or if you're feeling spendy, Pat Mical has totally re-engineered the Pantera 
suspension system and has created new, longer A-arms (and probably spindles 
and hubs too?), which are designed to operate with modern wheels like these.
