[DeTomaso] Tire Tech

I know I should read these before sending.

Las Vegas tech did NOT tech the tires on Scott's car.  They did NOT  
tech the tires, which is why he had to drive to Ely to have his tires  
Tech'd.  Sorry.  My fingers are tired.
