Hi guys,

The September PCNC newsletter is attached.  I wound put putting it 
together while dodging thunderstorms at 28,000 feet off the coast of 
Thailand, which made it a bit challenging.  I haven't had the 
opportunity to give it a really good proofread yet, but we're out of 
time for that.  I'm in Diego Garcia now, going to Iraq tomorrow.  I 
hope to be home by midweek next week?

Here's hoping this goes through okay!
