Today got off to a late start.  I guess those Brazilian girls can really 
wear a guy out.  So I finally roll out of bed to some nice granola and 
yogurt, with  a piping hot cup of Green Tea.  I can't say there isn't 
service without a smile.

After a quick visit to the Doctor this morning, Mad Dog and I headed out 
to fetch the trailer  First we stopped off to try and get a view of the 
prize purse.  Five Million Dollar Bills.  WOW!  I don't think I've ever 
seen anything like that in my life.  I got some photos but haven't been 
able to get them out of my camera yet.  I may need a cable or something.

We then traveled to the vault where the Pantera is stored.  She fired up 
beautifully.  A quick turnaround in the street and then loaded on the 
trailer.  The new EFI has a very unique sound to it, it kind of growls 
and purrs at the same time, and when you get your foot into it, .... 
it's just plain mean.  :)

While there, I managed to stumble on the secret Pantera Shrine.  I don't 
think I've seen so many plastic trophies in one spot.  It was awe 
inspiring, almost bringing a tear to my eye.  Anyway, back to the point 
at hand.

Some more Pantera prep, video camera mount,tire pressures, extra parts, 
tools, gear, etc.  Witch Dr. Dick Drenske came over and blessed the 
whole affair (I got photos of that too) and we are now ready to go.  A 
good night sleep and we head out early tomorrow morning.  So this will 
be my last report until we pull into Ely sometime tomorrow afternoon.

A quick dip in the pool and it's off to bed.  (don't touch that Larry... 
no, I mean it.... duct tape you fingers if necessary!)
