No.no..no..and no.

 

The problem is clearly far too many ditches.

 

They are being used to partially obscure radar traps, offer concealment to
the operators of road side IED's, etc.etc.

 

It's high time that Fatherland Security did something useful.and filled them
all in.

 

It's far more entertaining to watch some twit slide off the road into
someone's living room than having them abruptly stopped by some stupid
ditch.
