[DeTomaso] Vendor list

I have added a list of the major vendors to the POCA web site.  If you
click on a map pin you can get a map with the vendor's contact info
below it.  Each vendor also has some information about their shop.  If
you click on Roland's shop in Germany, you see something written in
German.  I don't know what is says, it could be a recipe for strudel for
all I know, but it looks impressive.

The LA vendors are packed tightly together, so you really have to zoom
in to see them all.

(These are just the major vendors whose primary business is selling
Pantera parts and services.  There are a lot of other businesses that
sell some Pantera parts.  If I have time, I can start of a list of them
too.)
