descriptions and photos.  Show the worst things that you can and write it up
so that there is no excuse when they show up to inspect it.  Use a reserve.

Always end an auction on Sunday night around 7:30 PST so that people have
all weekend the last two days to surf, find it and standby to make offers at
the end, you will always get the last 30% of value in the last 24 hours.
