There are quite a few of these conversions running around in Panteras, some 
dating back at least 8 years and a couple using the hi-buck blown 5.4 varient 
from the Ford GT. All the Pantera vendors do these almost as routine. Dropping 
one into a Pantera has its own complications but once in and wired, it allows 
the complete elimination of the firewall blister so you get a bit more 
interior room. The mileage is better from the computerized EFI. The downside is, 
you'll miss all that torque from the old Cleveland. Oh, and it really isn't all 
that cheap all-told. Good luck- J Deryke
