[DeTomaso] Techno question: Winning Cleveland engine specs

Dear Forum, 

Some of your probably know this, but the just recently completed 2008 Engine Masters Challenge ended up with the winning engine being a CLEVELAND. 

Now, while the 2008 Challenge Rules mostly stipulated a stock type engine, which was terribly similar to the type we run, it was built by Jon Kaase. This made the third time he has won the Engine Masters and at least one of this other engines used the Cleveland style CHI heads. 

Does anyone know of a source for more specific details about this very impressive Cleveland engine?
