I agree. I must add that side mirrors look dumb and clunky on the Pantera.
But it *is* *dumb* to run without side mirrors.
I like the solution where the side mirror is affixed to a removable metal
insert on the side window. Not the best idea for racing, but it's a good
compromise for driving to a show in safety and removing the mirror for the
show.
